Susanne helps us identify credit card fraud so
that we can be sure to proceed against those individuals where bad
debt is involved. Her experience and research techniques are extremely
helpful with these accounts and we all appreciate her excellent service.

Thank you again for the fabulous experience with Graphology. Nancy and I came back to the office just buzzing about some of the analyses you provided, and how the trade show attendees reacted with nothing but positive remarks.
Debora Horak, Pace and Partners,
had a theft in one of our jewelry stores and suspected
that it was an "inside job". We faxed
Susanne the handwriting of four employees and she
pinpointed the one that manifested many signs of
dishonesty. When we confronted that particular worker,
she immediately admitted to stealing the gems. Thank you, Susanne, for your help.Your report was
excellent, and it gave us further insight into some
of the problems confronting us at this point. You
are truly a well-grounded and gifted analyst.

Susanne Shapiro has been helping us with employment screening
since 1999. In each case she has provided us with
a detailed character analysis of the applicant
which has saved us a lot of time, since instead
of interviewing a great number of people we were
able to go with her findings and make up our minds
Scott S. Kubota DDS
was a wonderful addition to Jerry Zucker Production's
Annual Halloween Party, keeping the analyses short
and precise and delivering her findings with charm
and wit. The same is to be said for Kaiser Permanente
Employee Parties, Fundraisers for LA Free Clinic,
Break the Cycle and more.

For Triple Base Gallery's unprecedented exhibition "From Mind to Hand: Artists and Graphology", Susanne Shapiro's graphological expertise shed light on the complex connection between personality, artistic expression and handwriting. Shapiro interpreted the handwriting of 20 contemporary artists, displaying the analysis alongside their original works. The exhibition let the viewer decide if handwriting alone can reveal the artist's internal process. With her background in the arts, psychology and graphology, there was no one that could have executed this unique show as well as Susanne Shapiro.
